The box showed up a little dented, which wasn’t great… but the treats inside were totally fine. So, not amazing packaging or anything, but it did the job.

I had a small issue with one of the items in my order, so I got in touch with customer service to see what could be done. It wasn’t anything too complicated, but the item just wasn’t right, and I figured it was better to message them rather than just leave it. It took roughly a day for them to get back to me, which isn’t instant, but also not terrible in my opinion. When they replied, they gave me the choice of either a replacement or a refund, so I went with the replacement since I still wanted the item. The replacement arrived and was fine this time, so overall it worked out. It wasn’t a completely perfect experience because of the wait and the initial issue, but I do think they handled it fairly and didn’t make it difficult.

The treats arrived fresh and had a really nice smell as soon as I opened the bag. I’m picky about what I give my dog, and these seemed to meet my usual standard. My dog was into them right away, so that’s always a good sign. I’m taking off one star only because the delivery took a little longer than expected.

I’ve been happy with these treats overall! The ingredients look better than a lot of the cheaper options, which I appreciate. My dog has no problem eating them, and so far there haven’t been any tummy issues, so that’s a win :) I do wish the protein info was a little clearer on a few of the flavors, but other than that, I’d say they’re solid. 4 stars from me!

I tend to notice when things are either way too sugary or barely sweet at all, and this landed right in that nice middle pattern for me. Sweet enough to enjoy, but not over the top. I liked it

I ordered from trupotreats.com and was pleasantly surprised when everything showed up exactly as I picked it. The flavors and quantities all matched what I paid for, which was great. The only small thing was that the packing slip threw me off for a minute and was a little confusing, but once I checked the box, the actual order was totally correct. Overall, I’m happy with it.

I got this for my child who has allergies, we didn’t have any issues at all. I know people can be quick to worry about stuff like this, but for us it was completely safe and there were no allergen problems whatsoever.

I tried these for the first time, and yeah, they’re good. The crunch is nice and solid, not all crumbly or messy, which I liked. A few pieces were a bit harder than I’d normally go for, but not a dealbreaker. They tasted fresh enough and were easy to snack on. I’d probably grab them again if I was in the mood for something crunchy.

I don’t really see what there is to complain about here. The site was simple to use, checkout was quick, and I didn’t run into any hassle at all.

I ordered from Trupo Treats and was a little nervous about the cold shipping because it’s been warm where I live. The box showed up and the treats were still cold, not melted or weird at all.

One of the ice packs was almost totally thawed, so I’m giving it 4 stars. Everything still arrived in good shape, but I do wish there’d been a bit more padding in the box.

The food tasted fine, no complaints there. I get that prices are up everywhere, but for what I paid, the portions just felt a little smaller than they should’ve been.

I was trying to keep an open mind, but I couldn’t find clear vegan options, and the ingredient details were vague. I’m sure it works fine for some people, but for me it just wasn’t worth placing the order. I probably wouldn’t use it again.

I really liked this chocolate. It tasted fresh and smooth, and it wasn’t overly sweet, which I appreciate. You can definitely tell it’s a step up from the usual stuff at the store. I mean, it’s just chocolate, so I’m not going to act like it changed my life, but yeah, it was really good and I’d probably order it again.

I liked browsing trupotreats.com because they actually had a good mix of treats to choose from, not just the same boring options you see everywhere. It was easy enough to look around, compare a few things, and figure out what I might want to order.

I’m giving it 4 stars mostly because a couple of the items I clicked on were out of stock, and that got annoying after a while. I’d find something that looked good, then it wasn’t available, then another one wasn’t available either. Still, the variety is solid, and I’d probably come back and order again
